Krystal Urban Guadalajara Hotel, Guadalajara

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The included breakfast was delicious with a good variety, but the room lacked natural light as it faced a shaft. The service was generally friendly and accommodating, yet the night shift waiter in the bar seemed disinterested. The location was convenient with nearby amenities, but the noise from a neighboring club was disruptive at night. The dining options were decent despite some salty and fatty food choices.

I had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for exploring beautiful Guadalajara, with many attractions and restaurants close by. The only downside was that the dining options were of poor quality and a bit expensive.

The location was ideal for exploring Guadalajara, but marred by the loud nightclub nearby. The dining options, although a bit pricey, offered a variety of choices, yet the quality was not consistent. Overall, the facilities were standard, but the value for money could be better.
